Return Policy

At Dancing Pelicans, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Specifically:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first at service@gfavora.com.

  • Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return in your email.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or we made an error (e.g., wrong size/color sent), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (usually 5-10 business days).

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
